I was sitting at home last night and everyone else in the family had gone out, totally bored with TV so when one of the mates called and said "what about messing about with a camera"? Eh you mad? It's freezing and as foggy as hell outside mate? "yeh thats why I called you and I was wondering if you could bring your kids car along as I want to try a white car in fog".

Anyway headed across and met the crazy SOB and let him shoot his pics??? Results look ok to me and I really like the 3rd pic.Comments welcome guys

Cheers for comments guys, the car is a 2008 9N3 1.2 match which my daughter got new two years ago like this in the first pic and has been through a few different stages to where it is now.Still a way to go but,it keeps her interest cars going.

On arrival from VW with no mods done(YET)

When it got home for the first time complete with the first mods done,GTI skirts,Grille and 17" Monza's

Next bits done where the front bumper with the GTI look black centre and all the glass got tinted.

Then the wheels got a wee change when I picked up a nice set of Audi rims from Brian @ EVC/ Polished Monza's which lasted a short time

Lets make the illusion of power a bit more noticable.so on with the Passat W8 rear exhaust

Time to enhance the throbbing power plants lair with Ibiza Cupra strut brace, some Forge caps and lets fab up a battery cover(cos VW didn't make one and also some sound deadening panels on the bonnet underside(drown out the engine roar)and to enhance the "engine roar" the airbox got removed and a cone filter and trunking was added(no induction kits for a 60ps Polo available)Also a 9N engine cover to hide the power plant rolleyes.gif

Next up a wee freshen up with GTI black headlamps fitted and the strut brace and battery cover powdercoated black

Wee change inside with GTI sill kickplates, pedals and steering wheel trims added and ABT Sportsline gearknob

Some dressing up on the outside with gloss black mirror covers and B posts,17" RS4 parking sensors in white also a Bluemotion grille on and coilovers fitted

Next up some noise in the rear with Sub and amp fitted

Wheels back on but, they are now white to go along with the rest of the car for E38

Add some quality to the existing sounds with a new headunit,VW ipod unit removed and dash insert put in

Another wee cosmetic bit added with a custom made footrest to go along with the pedals already there

So here we are into new winter make up time where we've added the Bluemotion front splitter, back to the GTI honeycomb grille, white band around the grille, smoothed and colour coded rear valance and side skirts.

Wheels are scheduled to be replaced shortly and also interior is sitting awaiting fitment so we'll see how it goes in the the next couple of months I guess
