wonderin bout gettin my windows done ona black mkv should i get light or medium and all or 3 windows??

on a black mk5 i'd be leaving the tints off.
they look great fully blacked out but as it's stupidly impractical to have tints that dark, i wouldnt bother at all.

alans rite id leave the tint of looks far better without it

but if you really wanted to get it done id go as light as ya could

If ya go for a tint make it light enough otherwise you'll end up taking it off when the guards do you for it.

sound id say ill just get the light so,should i get the whole thing done or just the three?

I have the 3 rear windows tinted on mine (black car) i think it looks well,stay away from the 3 front ones though or you are asking for trouble.

It's very hard to find pics that capture the tint properly.I had a quick look there and found 2 that kind of capture it.

how tinted are they shane? been meaning to get this done for ages, upto 35% is legal from what i gather?

I don't know the were done before i got the car,i must check the receipt and see if it says anything.I thought any level of tint on the rear 3 windows was acceptable? nothing was sadi n the NCT anyway,i think there may be a lighter tint on the front doors also.

The three rear window's can be as dark as you want. The windscreen can't be tinted at all and the two front side window's can be 35%.

Ugh not sure wat to do might just get the hole ting with light tint coz like it's all stock cept 17" gti alloys like so it's plain enough?
