Hi Can you remap a Mk5 Golf 1.4 75 bhp for more power and better mpg and if so what would be the cost?

Not worth the gains. Maybe a couple of horses, but still not worth the few hundred you'd spend. n/a petrols are not great for mapping

  • Cylinder 1 is nearest the Timing belt, 4 being the furthest (i.e. 4 is on the gearbox side)
    Firing order is 1-3-4-2 (see above for more details) - 2.0 8v
