00 declan. i think they look great and they're excellent value for money. i'm not really bothered about a mad driving experience once they're comfortable and nippy. my key criteria are reliablity and nice to look at. couldn't drive some borin old hatch.

Get the toyota altezza's, same car but come with the beams racing engine, if your going to live with the poor fuel economy you might as well have the beams with the bit extra power.

Fairly reliable, but can require some work, like any car, timing belt/pump etc at 120k miles, check with mate tomorrow, has one in kildare what he had to do when got his.

Quite nice to drive, not very nice inside, not very fast, very hard on petrol, not very nice to look at. Wouldn't buy one.

Go for an altezza, lighter on fuel and you get 70bhp more.

was only talking to my friend's cousin about his old one tonight, total sow of a car on petrol. Not fast either, the altezza will leave them for dead in any situation and as I seen the other night will throw the back out even on dry tar.

guessing deemc's one has got you thinking.
